Description

You will be responsible for the day to day line management of their reception team, and would suit someone who enjoys working in a people focused role.

You will be guiding and leading the team to ensure that every call and visitor to the business are provided with outstanding customer service.

From appraisals, one to one, absence management, holiday and shift rotas - this is a varied and challenging role with responsibility for a great team.

Profile

You will be an experienced and "hands on" team leader, who enjoys working closely with your team to ensure that the team reach their full potential.

You will be equally happy helping the team with their roles and supporting them on a day to day level, but also managing day to day management issues and not afraid of dealing with issues "head on"

You will ideally have a background within a law practice, but we are also keen to speak to candidates who come from a similar role within the wider professional services sector.
