About the company:

Based in Hammersmith, my client is a start-up pharmaceutical company using innovative techniques to help the fight against cancer. They are growing rapidly and have created a new Team Assistant role.

During these unprecedented times, the company have not had to furlough any of their staff.

Role Summary:

The primary purpose of the Team Assistant role is to support the Project Director and wider team to ensure the smooth running of the function.

You will work across the entire organisation and help to deliver on their ambitious growth plans. The Team Assistant role will see you working with a variety of leaders and personalities, requiring high emotional intelligence and charisma.

Team Assistant responsibilities:

  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Scheduling and meeting management
  • Document management
  • Diary coordination & travel booking
  • Production of high quality, polished content and materials
  • Attending meetings with business leaders
  • Project co-ordination of multiple tasks and initiatives to tight timelines
  • Vital administration work to support the team

Experience:

You will be part of a growing, fast paced and focused team. They are looking for a Team Assistant who is self-motivated, a multi-tasker, has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships.

Essentials:

  • Experience working in a progressive and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a PA/Administrator/Team Assistant/Project Coordinator
  • Natural ability to influence, problem solve and complete tasks quickly
  • Comfortable with data and with a high attention to detail
  • Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills
  • Ultimately, a real desire to learn
  • Experience of working in Life Sciences would be desirable
  • Degree educated or equivalent would be desirable
