Established Interior Design firm based in the heart of Chelsea is looking for an Office Administrator to work within the Customer Services team. The Office Administrator works to ensure all customers have a very pleasant and positive experience, providing the highest level of service at all times - £25,000

Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders on the phone and online
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Raising sales quotes and sales orders
  • Stock taking
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Ensuring delivery of goods
  • Providing status updates
  • Sending price lists
  • Ensuring customer complaints get dealt with quickly and efficiently

Salary: £25,000 DOE

Hours: 9-5pm

Holiday: 20 days
