Our client is looking for an internal recruiter – is this you?

You will be working for a global management consulting firm based in central London and join an exciting in-house recruitment team.

The role:

• Sourcing and staffing the team for each new project that comes into the company
• Checking availability of consultants, experience, personality match of the client, and the pastoral care of the associates

Ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in inhouse/ agency recruitment
• Confident dealing with senior partners
• Resilience and hardworking
• Career driven and professionalism

This is an ongoing temporary basis.
