Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

A UK leading financial services company are currently offering an exclusive opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join their team based in the City Of London.

This role is to support the Head of Professional Services, you will support Investment Managers and focus on supporting all offices with business development activity.  You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

Business Development Responsibilities;

• Creating and developing pitch documents
• Supporting relationship development activity with partners and some key clients.
• Work with marketing team to ensure website is current at all times.
• Manage CRM Implementation for the professional services channel
• Ensure all work is fully compliant (i.e. GDPR, Financial Promotions etc.)
• Produce and develop pipeline / Inflows management reporting
• Assisting with large quarterly internal meetings involving all those working in the professional services channel
• Assist with the co-ordination and running of events from managing invitee lists, organising catering, creating name badges and assisting with the running of events on the ground (covid-19 dependent)

Qualifications;

• Educated to degree level 2:1 or above and ideally be studying for a marketing qualification
• High standard of spoken and written English language essential
• Relevant CISI, Law or accountancy qualifications an advantage
• Two years of entry level business development and operational experience in a professional or financial services environment
