Our client, a renowned private equity firm, is looking to hire a fantastic Team PA to complete a one year maternity contract, which will start in January of next year. The client is based in stunning offices and what we love most about them is the collaborative and friendly working environment which they have created, all PAs are truly valued!

THE ROLE

This is a really busy role within the Deal Team so it will be exceptionally fast paced. They are looking for an unflappable PA who is a complete diary whizz! So you must be able to think on your feet and pre-empt the needs of those you are supporting. The ideal Team PA will thrive off working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, amazing organisational skills and be an excellent communicator.

Some of your PA duties will include but may not be limited to;

·       Organising and booking complex international travel

·       Scheduling internal and external meetings

·       Extensive diary management

·       Collating Expenses

·       Assisting with projects

·       Ad hoc administration

Previous experience working within financial services or professional services is highly desirable so that you can come in and really hit the ground running. A degree level education is also highly desirable.

THE DETAILS

·       Salary paying up to £42k

·       30 days holiday + bank holidays

·       Hours are 9am – 5pm 

·       Season ticket loan

·       Annual discretionary bonus
