The Team Admin Assistant role is working for a Luxury Property Developer based in London. There are roughly 30 employees in the business, with 5 new hires within the last 6 months, demonstrating the rapid growth of the team. My client works with HNWI and provides bespoke designs globally.

Description

Key responsibilities for the Team Admin Assistant - Luxury Property Developer - London include:

- Screening and redirecting telephone calls in a professional manner

- Managing multiple diaries, coordinating meetings for the team

- Coordinating extensive international travel on behalf of the team, liaising with the travel agency and considering cost efficiency

- Assisting the EA with organising various events and ad-hoc team entertainment

- Ordering stationery and wider office supplies on a regular basis

- Collecting and distributing post for the office

- Supporting with documentation, collating and binding reports and presentations

- Checking expense claims for the team and uploading to Xero

Profile

The successful Team Admin Assistant - Luxury Property Developer - London will be/ will have:

- Minimum 3 years' administrative experience

- Worked within a small but expanding team

- Luxury experience would be beneficial but not essential

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Previously booked travel for multiple members of a team

- Highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude

- A team player who can work well under pressure and remain highly organised

- High attention to detail

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and pick up responsibility

Job Offer

The successful candidate will have access to:

- Salary of up to £26,000 (depending on experience)
