HR Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving independent boarding school as Human Resources Manager in the heart of a destination town, surrounded by rolling hills. 

Working on site in stunning, historic surroundings, you will be responsible for overseeing all staff recruitment across the Foundation, which includes a leading Preparatory school based at a separate location. You will also maintain all personnel files, ensure procedures are up to date and provide an HR service to senior management, all the with help of the HR Assistant whom you will manage.  

Ideally with 5 years + HR experience, and preferably CIPD qualified, this position will suit a real process driven self-starter with meticulous organisational skills. Diplomacy is essential, as is an abundance of enthusiasm! 

This is full time position with 25 days holiday and a generous benefits package.
