What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: CEO

Key duties:

Marketing of the company brand, developing marketing for the apartments they are looking to sell. Creating presentations.

First line HR support - administering holidays, sickness, absence reports.

Some office management duties in their smart office in Mayfair.

Managing the diary of the CEO, calendar, event invitations, expenses.

What makes this position great? This is a lovely role for a PA/EA who likes to build relationships and work in a small (10) team.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

Must haves:

• 3 - 4 years experience providing support at senior level.
• An understanding of Marketing and creating presentations and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications: Any marketing related qualifications would be useful but not essential.

Availability: A 4 week notice period is fine.
