Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

-360 Recruitment
-Strong understanding of compliance procedures
-Managing a high volume of vacancies from start to finish
-Managing the ATS and HRIS systems
-Able to advice managers on interview processes
-Finding new ways to source talent into the organisation

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

-Strong understanding of 360 recruitment
-Brilliant background within Recruitment/TA roles
-Understanding of Recruitment procedures and processes
-Able to coach and guide managers and their recruitment needs
-Strong experience sourcing Talent
-Good understanding of UK employment law and qualified within HR/Recruitment
-Not for profit background
