An established Investment Firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Research Assistant to support a team of Bankers within the Equities division. This research assistant role will join a new and growing London team within a company who is a leading investor in the world’s financial markets. You will join a strong culture, collaborative environment that will challenge you and allow you to further develop your skills. You will be part of a team of 3 other research assistants who support our investment team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Executive Assistant/Research Assistant role which will involve supporting a passionate team at all levels, so you’ll be the kind of person who can work with multiple personalities and able to prioritise well! Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £50k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus

- Managing multiple diaries at any one point
- Coordinating international travel (once allowed)
- Processing expenses
- Pulling together presentations and reports
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
To be successful, you will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience as an EA
- Experience in financial services
- Degree educated (BA/BS Degree)
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
This role will pay up to £50k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus
