A leading and dynamic global management consulting firm based in central London is looking to recruit a Float PA. This is an extremely busy and varied role giving you the opportunity to move around the business and support partners with a variety of PA duties keeping you busy from day to day.

Looking for at least 3-4 years experience working as an Float PA supporting 3-6  senior level executive/partners within a professional services firm.

MUST HAVE FLOAT EA EXPERIENCE WITHIN PROFESSIONAL/FINANCIAL SERVICES.

This is a team orientated role that sits alongside other float PA’s in the business. This position would suit a detail-driven individual with excellent technical skills and a willingness to take on anything thrown their way. This is a very organisational role and in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Float PA duties include:

·Extensive diary management

·Arranging client and internal meetings

·Organising domestic and international travel arrangements

·Preparing and submitting time & expense reports

·Maintaining & updating Partners' client contact information

·Drafting and archiving correspondence

·Screening telephone calls

·Attending team meetings as necessary

·Cover for colleagues within immediate team and group as a whole

·Organising team dinners and events

This role would suit an PA with previous experience of working in a busy, deadline-driven environment and this person will need to be quick to remember and very on the ball. You will have experience working in a fast-paced professional services environment and have excellent IT Skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
