Business Development & Marketing Operation Executive

Owen Reed are recruiting for a Business Development & Marketing Operation Executive to join a top London law firm. Must have previous legal/law firm experience.

The Business Development & Marketing Operation Executive will provide support to the firm's Business Operations team day-to-day on a host of operational and strategic activities, along with general office duties. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to make a difference and for the right individual, it may provide an entry point to professional services management.

Duties of the Business Development & Marketing Operation Executive
• Assist with and, where necessary, help to co-ordinate various firm wide projects which have been identified as strategic priorities.
• Facilitation of meetings and preparation of papers, taking minutes and co-ordinating action points.
• Assisting with the communication of new initiatives and progress reports.
• Assisting with the preparation of business cases and proposals for Board approval.
• Assisting with the preparation of the agenda for and delivery of internal events, conferences, Board away days etc.
• Preparation of and assistance with presentations for the Senior Management team, Senior Partners and Managing Partners.
• Anticipation and assistance with day-to-day needs of the Business Operations team.
• Liaison with the Board, the Executive, Business Support Directors and Partners as required.
• General personal assistant duties to include diary management, travel itineraries and day-to-day administration.
