Are you a determined career EA with the attention to detail and stamina to manage the business schedule of one of Europe's busiest deal-makers?

Not for the faint-hearted, this challenging linchpin role is critical to this business achieving it's next 5 year vision. Working with some of the brightest minds in the world, some of the companies being partnered by this firm are committed building a better society, environment and future for us all and as such, are truly inspirational. With rapid expansion plans, this firm is proud to be an employer of choice due to it's flat structure, strong benefits and well-being culture.

You as the ideal candidate will be able to bring strong academics and 5 years+ experience in providing high level administrative support in a fast-growth tech, investment or UHNWI office where you have been accustomed to being responsive outside of a normal working day (as this will rarely feel like a 9am- 5pm role!). With good intuition, listening skills and high EQ you will be comfortable to act as a sounding board to this inspirational and interactive Partner. The volume of projects running simultaneously and the amount of information you will be handling daily via emails, calls and meetings can be exceptional, so it's essential you have come from a sector which operates at a similar pace and places a similar demand on the EA group. You will also have the tact and confidence to consistently manage upwards to ensure nothing slips through the cracks in what can be a very punishing weekly schedule.

A keen interest in technology or the environment would be highly prized. You will be resilient, warm, tactful with a great sense of humour - able to work calmly under pressure in this highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

An office presence is required as it's essential you are fully 'plugged-in' to the activities of the deal-team and can therefore keep the Partner updated.

The top level professional & project support you provide the Partner will allow him to maximise his impact both inside the firm and outside in the investment and technology world. Duties will include but won't be limited to:

Skilful, intuitive and practical international diary and travel management to maximise the Partner's time
Communicating updates on various projects between the Partner and his team, managing flow of information in the other direction too
Drafting high volume of correspondence to senior figures in the technology and investment world
Support for meetings including agenda and minute preparation
Research various topics and present proposals prior to decision making by the Partner
Project management and events including conference attendance, internal staff events
Occasional private work

Degree education in an academic subject and exposure to the investment or technology sector preferred. This is a rarely available role with tight selection criteria and we will only able to respond to experienced EAs who meet the requirements mentioned above.
