THE CLIENT

Our client is looking for a proactive Team Assistant to join their Private Equity firm in Mayfair. It’s a small office of seven, but their size certainly doesn’t reflect their ambition. The team are passionate and hard-working, but still know how to have fun and are occasionally down to go out for a drink or two!

THE ROLE

This is a varied role, where you’ll be providing support to investment professionals in their day to day needs. In addition to general assistance organising diary and travel, your responsibilities would include, but won’t be limited to:

·      General office support

·      Project management, particularly involving Salesforce

·      Data input

·      Managing the switchboard

·      Ad-hoc office management tasks

THE CANDIDATE

This is an incredibly busy role, so they’re looking for a Team Assistant who has excellent attention to detail, is proactive, uses their initiative, can work at pace and has a desire to implement admin structure to their team and really have an opportunity to add value and make things run better and more efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
