Senior Account Manager PR - part time, 3-4days

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager with extensive PR experience. It is a part time (3d/wk) temporary to permanent role for a start-up company. The role is to be working virtually, so you must have the ability to do so. 

If the role goes permanent it would increase in hours to 4d/wk, 9-5 ideally.

This role is for a boutique start-up PR agency, who work closely alongside clients who also tend to be start-ups, typically those with socially orientated products and services.

We are ideally looking for someone with 3 to 5 years experience as an Account Manager within a PR agency, ideally a boutique agency.

The briefs coming through can be light on detail and the successful applicant must be someone who is capable of managing accounts, have established relationships with journalists, be "in touch" with cultural trends, and work with clients who might not have particularly large budgets.

The ideal candidate would be someone who:

•     Has the aforementioned PR experience of 3-5 years
•     Is looking for part-time work (3d initially, increasing to 4d)
•     Brings high energy and ideas to the table
•     Is comfortable working without too much structure
•     Has established relationships within the PR world

The hourly rate is between 19-22 per hour depending on experience and if the role is to go permanent this would be the equivalent of 36k - 40k pro rata.
