An innovative and forward thinking international bank requires an experienced Marketing Coordinator to assist with to help developing and implementing their marketing strategy.

The role encompasses the full marketing mix and the Marketing Coordinator will handle a diverse array of initiatives including digital, events, collateral production, thought leadership, PR, campaign management, communications, planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

o Assisting with company events from inception to completion

o Inputting and maintaining client and event details into the databases

o Researching industry tradeshows, conferences and symposiums and pitching for speaker slots and panel opportunities where appropriate, as well as coordinating the logistics and marketing of these events

o Monitoring trends and engaging on various social media platforms

o Working with PR agency in order to contribute to the overall PR plan

o Tracking social statistics in partnership with the web team

o Editing and developing content for Web and email to promote company products and services

o Scheduling the timely execution of marketing campaigns, including thought leadership and, product and prospecting campaigns

o Collaborating with product teams and other marketing staff to develop and manage product promotional campaigns to both internal and external audiences

o Assisting sales team with the preparation, coordination and delivery of presentations and sales pitches

o Maintaining segment and product marketing materials such as a library of slides

o Maintaining a variety of reports and process documentation to reflect performance, methods and procedures, including activity status reporting

Skills and Experience

o Field marketing experience essential, ideally within technology or financial services

o Passionate about social media

o Driven and hardworking team player

o Ability to multi-task in a very dynamic environment

o Action and detail-oriented

o Strong analytical skills - ability to compile, analyse and produce recommendations based upon rudimentary performance and financial data

o Flexible attitude

o High level of creativity, ability to think outside the box and to multi-task

o Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

o Ability to manage databases confidently (training on databases will be given)
