Private Family office Executive Assistant  / Property Manager

We are looking for a Senior EA to support an UHNWI in the public eye, based from the family office in Soho. We have very specific requirements for this role; we are looking for a candidate who has worked in a prestigious family office in London previously, and who is used to managing a portfolio of properties.

The EA role is working in a small team, assisting with all business and personal interests. We are looking for an EA who has some solid experience of working for a high-net-worth individual previously and understands the demands of working for someone at this level. The Principle has a variety of business interests including owning a major Sports Club, as well as owning multiple properties both commercial and residential. The EA needs to be happy working alongside the Project Manager who manages the properties; dealing with tenant queries, managing the move in and move out process, managing contracts, liaising with the real estate agents, negotiating contract terms, overseeing maintenance and renovations of the properties and being the point of contact. In addition to the typical EA role, the position will include personal and corporate events, research and managing the Principle’s public speaking and appearances.

The core hours are 9am – 6pm although there needs to be some flexibility around this and the role is office based in Soho, 5 days a week.

There is a junior PA, who will report in to the EA, and she also assists with overseeing the day to day running of the office and other more basic admin tasks.

The main Principle is a charming man, extremely busy and looking for someone with emotional intelligence, flexible and a real self-starter with a positive personality. We are ideally looking for a graduate who is used to working from a Mac and PC, who has advanced PowerPoint skills.
