Our Client, in the printing solutions industry are looking for an all rounder HR Manager and EA to support their CEO and CTO. This role steers away from the "Traditional PA" duties and aims to be the right hand person to senior level, supporting them with business and strategy for the company. 

Duties:

  • The Senior HR Manager directly supports the CEO & CTO in all matters
  • Responsible for CEO communication to Leadership Team & action deliverables from meetings
  • Quarterly Update on HR matters 
  • Work with the business to develop and implement the strategic HR plan, driving forward performance and people processes to drive change forward
  • Set Objectives & Goals for the HR team and track progress
  • Manage all recruitment activities & strategy
  • Work with Finance Controller to manage the monthly payroll cycle and manage PHC, PIC with provider
  • Support line managers with training and development plans as well as Performance management
  • Identify areas for improvement for employee engagement to drive a positive work culture, such as looking at industry awards that the company could participate in.
  • Support budgeting processes for departmental budgets and HR
  • Develop and manage the HR Strategy and continuously enhance the services HR provides
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Project manage various team and firm-wide initiatives through full project management cycle, from scoping and evaluation through to implementation (employee engagement & cultural change management)
  • Line Manage Office Assistant and delegating tasks around HR Admin / PA Admin / Office Manager tasks, Overseeing all. 

Person:

  • Personable and able to communicate clearly with a variety of personalities
  • Responsive to urgent issues, using initiative to solve the problem
  • Understanding and respecting the importance of discretion within the role
  • Exceptionally efficient and organised with high attention to detail

Requirements:

  • 5/6 years HR manager experience
  • Keen to see someone who has supported C-suite alongside.
  • Experience in a hybrid role is key
  • They want someone with a bit of banter / fun but super hardworking!
