Executive Assistant – Global Financial Services Advisory, Midtown Manhattan
Salary: up to $80,000p.a. (DOE)
A brilliant role working for a global independent financial services advisory at their Midtown offices. The company is looking for a highly organized and efficient self-starter who has an incredible ability to multitask and a willingness to go the extra mile. This is an great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload and has a track record of providing high level support to senior managers.
The Role
Our client is seeking an EA to support two Partners and one Principle as well as ad-hoc support to the wider team. You will provide support to ensure the Partners in being as effective as possible in their day-to-day roles.
Duties Include:
The Candidate
This is an exciting position for someone with previous relevant experience, ideally within the financial services sector. You will be fluent in written and oral English as well as having a good working knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular PowerPoint and Outlook and CRM systems.
