We are seeking an experienced, professional and highly organised Personal Assistant and Assistant Household Manager to take over a Maternity Cover role until Spring 2021.

Working within large, fully staffed and formal household you will be the right-hand assistant to the Household Manager, and working to fulfil all manner of tasks and projects related to the smooth running of the property.

You will be required to be very competent with Excel and other Microsoft Packages

You will be very comfortable working with rotas, spreadsheets, budgets and general HR administration

You will have prior experience of managing invoices and keeping accurate records

Ideal candidates will have a background in the hotel industry and worked within a private household set up, be immediately available and located within easy distance of N2.
