HR Director - Part Time

HR Director - Part Time - 3/4 days per week
My client is a highly reputable investment firm looking for an HR Director to support their global office base. This role will be initially on a part time basis of 3/4 days per week with the potential to move to full time. 

The key role responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the full recruitment, onboarding and offboarding lifecycle
• Implementing and updating company policies and procedures in line with UK and international employment law
• Reviewing and implementing new employee engagement initiatives
• Introducing Learning and Development policies
• Management of payroll as well as reward and benefits programmes

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum 5+ years working within a senior HR Generalist position
• CIPD Qualified
• Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
• Experience working within professional services or finance
• Strong understanding of UK and international employment law
• Able to problem solve and maintain calm under pressure
• A real self-starter who is able to hit the ground running
