A well-established Asset Management and Investment Firm are looking for a Senior EA to support one of their Senior Executives. They are currently looking for a professional, driven and highly capable candidate to support one of their Senior Executives on a 1:1 basis – this will be in purely a business capacity with no private support.

  • Drive the overall productivity and time effectiveness of the Senior Executive
  • Extensive and complex diary management
  • Proactive email management
  • Liaise with Company Secretary for Board meetings and associated events
  • Information gathering, research and compiling documents
  • Network Management – proactively manage relationship maintenance
  • Arranging detailed travel plans
  • Over time, strong knowledge of options for restaurants / hotels in frequently travelled to locations
  • Completion of edits of Word and PowerPoint documents
  • Expense management
  • Liaise with IT to ensure the Senior Executives devices and apps are consistently accessible and working
  • Assistance on special projects, as required

Ideally the role holder will have extensive top tier professional services, financial services or private investment firm experience. They will be accustomed to providing support directly at a Board, CEO and Senior Investment Executive level and to dealing in a confident and professional manner with senior representatives of other firms. Ideally, they will have worked in a regulated environment, if possible.

  • Act with immense integrity and discretion
  • Ability to conduct research and present data
  • Truly excellent attention to detail, in diary management, writing, editing and grammatical skills
  • Experience of using Outlook (or similar) to manage diaries and book meetings
  • High level of proficiency in Windows, including Teams, MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
  • Savvy and highly comfortable with technology
This role is paying up to £70,000 and comes with a generous package and benefits.
