Customer Success/Technical Support, Tech Start-Up - Remote (East Coast)

Entry-level - $40,000 - $50,000 p.a.

*to be considered for this role you must have a strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript, and SQL knowledge is preferred*

My client are an amazing tech start-up who operate within the events/experience industry.  They are headquartered in London but are inundated with support requests from their US client base.  They are in an exciting period of growth, are dynamic and friendly, and offer great benefits such as 25 days holiday per year!  This role will be working East Coast hours so is flexible on location.

This is a hybrid role that requires specific technical knowledge, but also requires someone to enjoy working within a customer support environment. 

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships quickly with their friendly network of customers
  • Provide support to customers via live chat, helpdesk tickets, community forums, and video calls
  • Provide technical guidance to customers using your excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and building websites
  • Provide non-technical guidance to customers to help them with all other issues related to their account
  • Track and analyse customer support data, and provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to management
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Highly proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and ideally SQL
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to understand large sets of data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This is an entry-level role but ideally this person will have some previous experience within a customer facing environment
