Head Housekeeper

Fully involved position for a Head Housekeeper with management experience to lead this small team of housekeepers within this beautiful residence in London. You will be adept at dealing with rotas, house inspections and motivating your team whilst also being prepared to lead from the front where necessary. You may be required to split your time between this residence and one out of town so flexibility is key as is a driving license. When the client is in residence, this can be a non-stop position with a large stream of guests coming to the residence. As the client travels frequently, you also benefit from periods of calm. You need to really understand what it takes to work at the highest level of service and be happy running the house as if it were a boutique hotel. Previous experience of working in private households is essential. You need to be happy working in a super fast pace and full on environment.
