A boutique interior design company is looking for a proactive EA/Operations Manager to support their Founder and help establish their London HQ.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a varied and fast paced role with lots going on, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:
• Complex and extensive diary management for the Founder
• Managing and developing the London showroom
• Efficient email/telephone correspondence
• First point of contact for clients
• Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
• Organising meetings, taking client briefs, and liaising with suppliers
• Overseeing the creation of contracts, client packs and other documents
• Expenses and budgeting
• Ad-hoc personal errands for the Founder
• Flexibility to be contacted out of office hours when projects dictate
• Handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will be a sparky, on the ball individual with proven experience supporting in a busy environment with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Essential requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience as an EA/Operations Manager
• Interior Design knowledge/experience is essential
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrable ability to find creative solutions
• Calm under pressure and discreet
• Flexible approach
• Competent in MS Office
• Proactive, friendly personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude
THE BENEFITS
This role will pay up to £60k (DOE)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Hours 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Pension
• Excellent Central London location
