Executive Assistant

Outstanding opportunity to join highly progressive 100-person private equity company as Senior EA.

This maternity contract is to cover an Executive Assistant who is absolutely critical to their Partner – you will be welcomed and encouraged to get involved in the same way they do.  This means that on top of being a diary / logistics guru, you will have a passion for projects:  attending meetings, chasing complex action, research, client work, marketing, virtual events, and more.

The Partner in question is Head of one of the most fast-paced and exciting teams within the portfolio division.  The Partner leads a team of five, for whom there is light support, but it is understood that the lion’s share is for the Partner, which makes this role really exciting and involved from day 1.

Do note, though – this close-knit and collaborative company only hire team-driven EAs, who are always looking for opportunities to help their peers and investment professionals in need.  One for all, and all for one is the order of the day.
