We are looking for a highly experienced hospitality professional for a Head of Membership role in Mayfair, Central London.

You will be employed as the Head of Membership for this brand new private members’ club, which is in a prime location in Mayfair. You will act as a lynchpin between the club’s members and the company Directors to guide the brand and manage their membership base and create an optimum experience for the club’s members.

You will have a proven track record of working within a private membership club previously, with extensive high-end role hospitality industry experience where you have liaised with high profile clientele. You will be degree educated and immaculately presented, with excellent communication skills.To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working within private members clubs.

This is a permanent full-time role. Salary offered £70,000 - £120,000 gross per annum (DOE). This is an incredible opportunity to work for one of the most exciting hospitality brands worldwide.

Duties and responsibilities;

• Report to the company Directors
• Be the main point of contact for all member enquiries and new applicants
• Liaise with the internal team
• Create reports on membership growth, targets and forecasts
• Maintain and develop member relationships
• Plan and host member events within the club
