This is a role working as an HR Advisor for a fantastic NHS Trust. You must have previous experience working in the NHS and in Human Resources.

The client is a large trust within the NHS based in Central London
Description
The key responsibilities for this Medical HR Team Leader role are:
- To provide first line support to Managers and ongoing advice on discipline, grievance, sickness, and performance management cases
- To provide minute taking at employee relations and other HR meetings
- To design, deliver and continually improve induction and onboarding programmes
- Supporting the Annual Performance Review process
- Identify and implement improvements to policies and procedures
Profile
The successful candidate for this HR Advisor role would have the following:
- Experience working within the NHS in a Human Resources capacity
- Employee relations experience, including first line support on a range of areas, including discipline, grievance, sickness, and performance management
- A broad and strong background in employment legislation and how this must be applied to HR policies
- Excellent IT skills including experience of HR databases
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
Job Offer
On offer to the candidate is a fantastic opportunity to work as an HR Advisor for the NHS. This is a fixed term contract until October next year.
