Spanish Speaking Assistant PA

A HNW couple are looking for an Assistant PA with fluent Spanish. The role will be a 50:50 split between business (a family run private equity/real estate/investment company) and personal support. You will be working between their North London home, and the West End office. 

In this role you will be supporting the Senior PA with:

• Booking travel, diary, invoicing and filing
• Organising the housekeepers – logging overtime and payroll
• Booking meetings, arranging lunches, appointments etc.

The right candidates will:

• Fluent Spanish speaker
• Have 2+years PA experience – both on the business and personal side.
• Be extremely professional and personable, as well as organised, and will not be fazed by a direct approach.

Benefits package:

• Up to £35k
• 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays
• Pension (matching up to 4.5% contributions)
