This is a fantastic opportunity to assist a high-profile principal ensuring the smooth running of all areas of their private affairs and household. Applicants must be experienced in providing private support and be self-motivated, highly efficient with an excellent eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Experience of supporting a high profile principal would be hugely beneficial as would a background in HNW household management.

This is a fairly straightforward role in an informal and lovely household with little flexibility required beyond standard working hours, which is reflected in the salary. 

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Diary/Travel management
  • Working alongside Business PA & liaison with management, agents etc.
  • Liaison with family members and other personal contacts
  • Management of the household and staff
  • Household administration – taking care of bills, insurance etc.
  • Making personal appointments
  • Arranging private events
  • Research and Project Management
  • Errand running and personal shopping

Candidates must be / have:

  • Experience as a Private PA, preferably supporting high profile talent
  • MS Office & MAC proficient
  • Professional in your appearance and manner
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work well under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality are key to the role
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident and efficient with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Enthusiastic and proactive
