Global established technology company based in Central London seeking a Client Relations Administrator to join their expanding team.

The Role Requirements:

-Manage the company mailbox, working alongside other departments across the company.

-Build relationships with new and existing clients to assist them with general enquiries regarding the service, registration process and queries on their account. 

-Manage client accounts to ensure they are accurate and updated, including business invoices, payment queries, internal systems and compliance documents.

Your Approach:

  • A ‘can do’ attitude to thrive and learn.
  • An Excellent multi-tasker; ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Articulate, clear written and verbal communication skills.
