Team PA, Cosmetic Clinic, West End - up to £30k!

A well established and quickly expanding Cosmetic Group is looking for a Team PA to support their two consultants with client management and the day to day running of the clinic – front of house duties, day to day phone calls, customer enquiries, bookings and client follow up.

Having just opened a new practice in the West End, they are rapidly growing and need additional support with clinic administration. They are a small, close-knit and sociable team who are hardworking and have a fantastic culture.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented candidate who can get stuck in and support with a range of duties.

THE ROLE

• Full administrative support to the consultant’s and clinic
• Diary management
• Answering telephones and fielding calls
• Filing and photocopying
• Reception/ Front of house duties
• Maintaining contact database
• Maintenance of files and documents

This role is paying up to £30,000 DOP and is a lovely opportunity for someone to build upon their experience.
