Japanese speaking Pre-Sales Engineer Manager

Our client, a global IT and telecommunications firm, is seeking a Japanese speaking Pre-Sales Engineer Manager to join its team.

Amongst the responsibilities of the Pre-Sales Engineer Manager will be:
*Organising, managing and motivating a small team, to include performance management
and HR responsibilities
*Driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working
closely with the Sales team and suppliers
*Attend customer meetings and visit premises as and when required
*Use technical knowledge to explain benefits of products to prospective customers,
and how they outperform competitors
*Work closely with the technical team to deliver bespoke, details ICT solutions
*Provide concept testing and trials as needed
*Project and develop project documentation, to include ad hoc reports
*Notify line managers of issues requiring escalation
*Preparing proposals and reports for Directors
*Preparing quotations and contracts

Pre-Sales Engineer Manager - What we're looking for:
*Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential
*Proficiency in the maintenance and installation of Network and Service
infrastructure
*Proven knowledge of Cisco products; Windows servers/PCs, VDI, VM
*Valid CCNP certification, ideally in either Switching & Routing, or Voice
*The ability to create high standard technical documentation, to include high- and
low-level design docs
*Familiarity with Product Configurator would be preferred
*Previous experience of leading and motivating teams
