Our client is looking for a graduate calibre Team Assistant/Team Manager who has prior experience within an SME firm and where they are used to and happy with some Office Manager duties. These duties could be implementing new systems to streamline procedures in the office. This is a newly created role due to the expansion of the firm. Our client a prestigious Equity Manager. The team is dynamic, hard-working, and impressive. You will be supporting key members of management with traditional PA duties to include extensive diary management, travel, organization of conference calls, correspondence, etc. Your desk will be in the Reception area so you must be happy and confident to meet and greet and ensure all guests receive 5 start treatment. This role has plenty of variety and scope and ample opportunity to make a difference.
You must have had solid experience from within the financial sector and therefore be used to the heavy and often urgent demands. A calm demeanour is paramount! You will have high-performance skills (Bloomberg preferable), be polished with impeccable interpersonal skills, and very high attention to detail. A hands-on, self-motivated, and a high-performance achiever is what we are looking for!
