A top executive search firm based in lovely Mayfair is looking for a bilingual German/French PA to support one of their directors and take on a range of projects.
You will be managing a very complex and ever changing diary, organising trips, conferences, travelling to Germany and France once a month to assist with meetings, create PowerPoint presentations, etc.
They are a fast paced and driven team of people and the company is growing very quickly.
You must be bilingual and with previous PA/Team PA experience.
Hours of work 8-6 and salary £35,000.
