Your new organisation is a highly successful family owned business that specialises in the luxury goods market. They handle the distribution, marketing and in-store strategies for their clients, which includes a long list of high-end boutique brands.

Your new role
Your position as PA to FD will be to provide end-to-end confidential support to the Group Finance Director and other senior executives as required or on an ad hoc basis.

Your role will encompass the traditional aspects of a PA position including diary, travel & expense management but will also include additional duties such as supporting the team and business development activities, including participation in corporate events, social engagements, conferences and other networking activities. Organising and coordinating meeting arrangements, office management responsibilities, administration of online resources, supporting engagement with the wider team, drafting & updating of presentation materials, assisting with management of reporting deadlines, and more.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will need proven experience in a demanding PA role supporting an FD or CFO, or supporting a team within a complex global finance function. Knowledge of a finance department and financial processes. Strong computer skills including use of MS Office Suite and Adobe. Use of Sage & Sage Payroll will be highly beneficial when identifying the right candidate for this role.
