Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

What would I be doing day to day?

Who will I be reporting into: CEO

Key duties:

• Create, build and the hiring process from top to bottom
• Identifying needs
• Writing job descriptions
• Sourcing candidates via user groups, networking career fairs and social media
• Managing applicant pipeline
• Management of recruitment agencies
• Constant review and improvement of the hiring process

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally 4 years based internally
• Degree qualified would be beneficial
• A track record of initiative and leadership skills
• Experience using ATS
• Experience hiring software engineers and quants would be beneficial
