We are currently recruiting for an operations assistant to join an exciting start up firm in London’s beautiful West End. Since opening for business last year, the company has continued to grow and are now looking to take on extra staff to help their dynamic business. This will be an incredibly varied role which will involve liaising with supply chains, customers, and clients, in addition to helping with logistics and ensuring that orders are correctly entered, tracked and reported. There is a real opportunity for this role to grow in terms of responsibility and develop over time. The successful applicant will need to have a high attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise their time effectively in order to help ensure the business is operating at maximum efficiency. Due to the nature of the role they are looking for a self-starter with at least a year or two’s experience in operations and administration, an added bonus if this is experience in a previous start up! They are a close-knit group with a great office dynamic so would love to be joined by a likeminded confident, outgoing individual with a good sense of humour.
