Working Hours: 07:45 - 18:00. Mon-Fri.

Overview:

This Team PA role is to support the CIO and the wider Investment Team in the London office.

Key responsibilities:

• Complex diary management
• Organising global travel arrangements
• Global Expenses
• Email correspondences
• Organising investor meetings
• Key stakeholder management
• IT administration (purchasing phones and IT equipment)

The successful candidate will have:

• High level of intellect and common sense
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong multitasker and impeccable organisational skills
• Strong team player
• Strong academic background
