This highly successful and fast paced surveying firm is looking for an exceptionally organised, highly skilled and strong multi-tasking Team Coordinator.

As the Team Coordinator your role is to support the Operations Director, Valuation Team and MD. They require an administrator with excellent Word, Excel, IT and organisational skills. This role sits within the valuation (operations) side of the company. The person must be able to format Word and Excel documents, formatting reports and Excel spreadsheets, converting to PDF format and submitting to clients via email. Invoicing is also an important aspect of the role.  You’ll also monitor and respond to emails for the team, assisting with job allocations, updating projects and creating job folders.  They are a busy team with you as key support so you will also be first point of contact for other ad-hoc office support as well as organising travel and visa’s where necessary.

They are a great social team working in a fast paced environment so you need to be a natural organiser with excellent IT skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and part of a team. 

Due to Covid-19, the team are currently working remotely, so you will need to have a work space at home where you can focus till they return to the London office.  They will provide the necessary IT equipment.
