A great new opportunity to support the corporate London office of a European media business in the heart of the West End. Immediate start.

This is a classic PA role with an HR twist! Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include diary, meeting and travel schedule management for 2-3 members of the Senior Leadership Team. You will be an experienced calendar manager as meetings are often conducted internationally with colleagues and stakeholders often dialling in from different time zones. A solid grasp of MS Outlook and video call technology platforms is essential.

As the firm's expansion across Europe continues, you will help to support the HR team at the European head office with London-based HR duties, mainly around recruitment. This could be scheduling interviews, circulating CVs of prospective new hires, sending out contracts and support with on-boarding. You will also track the UK holiday and sickness planner.

Based in this small central London office, you will work alongside one other EA inside the parent business to keep the office running smoothly, welcoming visitors, ordering lunches and assisting with any practical needs the team have regarding office facilities and systems. You will also regularly liaise with the firm's headquarters in Prague so a friendly, warm and helpful attitude is essential.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, willing, helpful team player who enjoys a classic organisational PA role within a small, close knit team but who maybe also has some previous exposure to HR admin tasks. Czech or Slovak language skills would be extremely beneficial but not essential.
