Page Personnel are working with one of Chester's leading financial institutions, who are looking to appoint an experienced Investments Administrator / PA.

Description
Based in Chester City Centre, you will have a wonderfully varied role and be reporting to a senior director.
Duties will include :
- All aspects of client relationship management, including incoming and outgoing communication and account opening coordination.
- Assisting with the client take on process whilst coordinating efforts with other departments within the business to ensure the smoothest possible outcome for the client.
- Responsible for checking new business paperwork, banking cheques, scanning documents, updating static client information, archiving documents and other general ad-hoc administrative and office duties.
- Provide secretarial support to assist with communication with clients.
- Responsible for correct record keeping across the team, highlighting and rectifying any issues across company systems.
- Gather and assist in the production of suitability documentation and ensure reviews are completed as required according to individual client agreements.
- Provide full diary management for all relevant members of the team along with the planning and coordination of both internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and video conferencing.
Proactively seek to improve on processes and procedures within the scope of this role, challenging where required and taking an active role in their own continuous learning
Profile
To be successful, you will be an experienced PA / Administrator, who already has demonstrable experience within a similar role and enjoy working in a fast paced, and regulatory environment. Your attention to detail will be outstanding, and possess strong MS Office skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
