An outstanding list of property press contacts is essential along with a very good grasp of central and local government landscape is essential and a desire to be a key cog in a well-oiled PR machine.

Key skills required:
* Must be an established PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager within a Property PR agency, managing a number of accounts at once
* Previous experience in the luxury property sector is essential
* Experience in client campaign development and new business pitching
* Motivated with high energy and hardworking
* The ability to ensure client KPIs are met across all accounts
* Impressive multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently prioritise on a daily basis
* Strong interpersonal skills - the candidate needs to be personable and able to build solid relationships with press, clients and new business contacts as well as bring solid high-level press contacts
* A creative and thoughtful approach with both client activity and new business pitch documentation
* The ability to prioritise and stick to critical paths with and ensure targets are met
