Join our client in their beautiful London City offices for this exciting new opportunity. They are seeking a highly qualified experienced Team PA to join the team. This is an opportunity for someone ready for a high pressure but rewarding role.

  
THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Team PA to provide extensive support for the Corporate Treasury team of 30+, including, CFO, MD, VP, associate and analyst level. This is initially a 12 month contract with potential to go permanent. 

Duties Include:

• Intensive diary management for all levels of team
• Answering telephones and emails professionally and timely
• Booking and arranging meetings internally and externally
• Travel Management, including visa processing
• Expense management and reporting
• General administration and day-to-day duties
• Assisting with projects
• Ad hoc tasks and coverage

To be successful in this PA role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Our client is looking for someone who is motivated and takes initiative, you must be able to prioritise a multitude of competing tasks.  

SKILLS

• Previous experience in a PA role for a large team ideally having worked in Financial Services
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
