Our client, a highly successful accountancy practice, is seeking a confident and organised Human Resources Administrator to join their HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a someone with previous Professional Service HR experience, to join this leading accountancy firm.

This Human Resources Administrator position is based in the City of London and is being offered on a Temp to Perm basis.
The hours of work will be 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, based within the office.

Supporting employees alongside the HR Manager, the main responsibilities for this proactive Human Resources Administrator are:
*Assist with recruitment including updating job descriptions, liaising with agencies and providing feedback
*Coordinate assessment centres and support graduates/trainees
*Complete the onboarding process for all new starters including arranging inductions
*Assist with Learning & Development and organise training as and when needed
*Arrange any staff courses, and follow up any actions
*Maintain HR records and produce reports, letters and notices as required
*Ad hoc administrative duties

We are looking for Human Resources Administrators who have:
*A minimum of 2 years HR experience within Professional Services
*Experience within Accountancy or Legal Services would be advantageous
*Previous experience coordinating assessment centres and assisting trainees
*Advanced MS Office skills - including Excel
*The ability to work with strong attention to detail
*The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
*The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
