Handyman

I am looking for an experienced part time Handyman for a creative serviced office space. This role is based in Chelsea and requires someone who lives close to this area of London.

My client are a vibrant, friendly and upbeat team. They are looking for a similarly personable individual who is capable and helpful. 

Responsibilities for this role include; -

• Sweep and ensuring the upkeep of all courtyards
• Water all plants and ensuring courtyards are neat and tidy by 10am
• Change all lightbulbs needed
• Clean Kitchens and WC’s 
• Ensuring all general supplies (lightbulbs/bin bags etc) are in stock and ordered when necessary
• Notify management of any repairs needed / faults found
• Ensure maintenance cupboard is kept clear and tidy
• Assist with deliveries heavy deliveries to their units

My client are looking for someone punctual, organised and motivated.

Hours – Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8am to 12:30pm
