Our client, a successful Entrepreneur, is seeking a confident and organised PA to provide wide-ranging administrative support to the setup of his UK business, on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this start-up company, for someone with previous experience supporting an Entrepreneur/HNWI, who is now looking for their next career move.

This PA position is based in West London and core hours of work will be 9 am - 5 pm.

The main responsibilities for this PA are:
*Answering telephones and screen/ transfer calls
*Assisting with typing/ formatting/ scanning of documents
*Proof reading of documents
*Digitising paperwork to ensure that records are maintained
*Undertaking research as required
*Personal work for the entrepreneur - including booking restaurants and accommodation
*Office managerial duties as the office grows

We are looking for PAs who have:
*Previous Secretarial/ PA experience supporting an Entrepreneur/HNWI, or working within a start-up environment
*Experience using Mac software
*The ability to work with strong attention to detail, grammar and spelling
*The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
*Previous experience within product design or property management
*An appreciation of the need for discretion and confidentiality
*Advanced MS Office skills
