Our client, a start up software company based in London are currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their exciting journey!
Responsibilities:
*Providing wide-ranging administrative support to the Entrepreneur in the set up of his UK business, acting as their 'right hand'
*Responding to correspondence and preparing paperwork as needed
*Undertaking research regarding potential suppliers
*Digitising paperwork to ensure that records are maintained
*Personal work for the entrepreneur, to include booking of restaurants and hotel accommodation
*Office managerial duties as the office grows
*Additional project work related to product design and property management
Experience Required:
*Previous experience of supporting an Entrepreneur/HNWI, or working within a start-up environment
*Previous experience within product design or property management, with a willingness to undertake PA duties, would also be considered
*Highly articulate with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong supplier relationships
*An initiative driven approach and experience in undertaking market research
*An adaptable approach with the ability to take on additional projects
*An appreciation of the need for discretion and confidentiality
*Advanced MS Office skills, to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
