A high-end property development firm based in Beckenham in Kent is looking for a sales consultant to join the growing office and be part of their incredible team.

Salary: £17,000.00-£18,000.00 per year + UNCAPPED COMMISSION OTE - £40,000 +

This is a great position for someone with a property, sales and /or Estate agency background. The role will be speaking to investors to pass on warm and hot leads to the Sales Director. You will be speaking to a wide range of prospect investors so excellent communication skills are a must, ideally, you will have had past sales experience ideally within the property sector. You will be speaking to investors over the phone as well as face to face meetings. You must be well presented, punctual and eager to be part of this highly successful company.

With uncapped commission, this role has huge earning potential for the right person and opportunities to travel!

Looking to hire someone who is target driven, has a superb telephone manner with a strong desire to hit targets and build long term client relationships. You will be confident, hard-working and have an outgoing personality who can build good relationships both over the phone and in the office. Someone who has a good sense of humour will fit in very well. ideally, you will have 1-2 years of sales experience within a busy sales role.

Typical duties include:

  • Contacting new enquiries created from our marketing and opening the sales process.
  • Identifying clients needs and objectives
  • Build strong rapport with prospective clients
  • Organize and book strategy meetings for the Sales Director
  • Day to day administration
